Congratulations to some of the bicycle riders for making all the way from Santa Monica Pier to Hermosa Beach and back. We had 10 riders. The temperature in the San Fernando Valley was hot at 91°F but the temperature in Santa Monica was around 71°F. The weather was perfect for WRAD Bike Day. We had a great time and little sunburn.

Craig is a deaf inventor. He built his prototype three seaters electric scooter in which he had called LimoScooter. He rode electric limo scooter with his wife and friend. Also, he had brought his two friends (one deaf, one hearing) whom had electric motor to pull up their bikes.

WRAD will be happy to host the same place for Bike Day next year in May 2009. We have decided to drop the bike day in September 2008 due to many commitments. Come along and escape the heat in the valley when the temperature reaches triple digit. Keep an eye on WRAD website for incoming bike trip next year. Let us know if you would like to host a bike day other than the bike path in Santa Monica as we are more than happy to help you coordinate the bike events elsewhere.
